SSC CGL Salary 2026 — Post-wise Pay Scale & In-Hand Amount

1. SSC CGL Pay Levels

SSC CGL posts span Pay Levels 2 to 8 under the 7th Pay Commission. Junior Assistant (Level 2): ₹19,900 basic. Tax Assistant (Level 4): ₹25,500. Inspector (Level 7): ₹44,900. Assistant Section Officer (Level 7): ₹44,900. Statistical Investigator Grade II (Level 6): ₹35,400.
