The Development and Welfare Board for De-Notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNC) provides education scholarships, health care, skill training, and livelihood support to about 10 crore members of 1,500+ DNT/NT/SNT communities who were historically criminalised under the Criminal Tribes Act.
