Sarkaari Saathi is a privately owned, independent information platform operated by Sarkaari Saathi Internet Services, Mumbai. We have no affiliation with the Government of India, any state government, any central ministry, any PSU, or any recruitment body including UPSC, SSC, IBPS, or RRBs. All editorial decisions — what content to publish, how to present it, and what corrections to make — are made solely by our editorial team based on accuracy and usefulness to citizens. We do not receive payment from government bodies, political parties, or recruitment organizations to publish, suppress, or modify any content. Commercial relationships (AdSense advertising, affiliate links to educational platforms) have zero influence over our editorial content. No advertiser can request changes to factual content or editorial coverage.

Every factual claim on Sarkaari Saathi originates from a primary official government source. We do not use secondary or third-party sources as primary references for government data. Primary sources we use: • Official Ministry and Department websites (e.g., mospi.gov.in, dopt.gov.in, finmin.gov.in) • Official Gazette of India publications (egazette.gov.in) • Recruitment board official notifications (upsc.gov.in, ssc.nic.in, ibps.in, rrbcdg.gov.in) • DoPT Recruitment Rules published in the Official Gazette • 7th Central Pay Commission reports and Finance Ministry salary revision orders • Official scheme portals (pmkisan.gov.in, pmjay.gov.in, scholarships.gov.in etc.) • State government official portals for state-specific schemes and PSC notifications When primary source data conflicts with other information, we always use the most recent official publication as authoritative.

Before publishing any article, scheme page, or job notification, our verification process requires: Step 1 — Primary Source Check: The data point (vacancy count, eligibility criteria, salary, deadline) is located in the official notification or scheme document. Step 2 — Cross-Reference: For critical data (vacancy counts, eligibility conditions, application fees), at least two official sources are consulted. For scheme eligibility, both the Ministry notification and the official scheme portal are checked. Step 3 — Date Verification: All dates (application open, close, exam date, result date) are confirmed from the official notification PDF, not from secondary sources. Step 4 — Review: Content is reviewed before publishing. Scheme and job pages go through a final check against the official source URL before being marked as verified. Step 5 — Publication with Metadata: Every page carries a "Last Verified" date. Pages published without a verification date have not completed this process and are clearly marked as preliminary.

Sarkaari Saathi is committed to factual accuracy. When errors are identified — by readers, by our team, or by official sources releasing updated information — we correct them promptly. Correction timeline: • Critical errors (wrong eligibility criteria, wrong vacancy count, wrong deadline): corrected within 24 hours of identification • Minor errors (formatting, non-material details): corrected within 5 business days • Outdated information (schemes discontinued, job results declared): updated within 7 days of official announcement When a correction changes a material fact, we add a correction note to the page showing: the original information, the corrected information, and the date of correction. Government scheme and job information changes frequently. Our maintenance schedule: • Active job notifications: reviewed when official updates are announced (result, admit card, answer key) • Active government schemes: reviewed quarterly or when Ministry publishes amendments • Historical/archived content: labelled with original dates and marked as historical reference • Exam guides: reviewed when official syllabus or pattern changes are announced • Salary and pay scale data: reviewed after each Pay Commission notification or DA revision Pages older than 90 days without a verification review are automatically flagged for review in our content queue. Pages that cannot be verified against a current official source are either updated or marked with a "Data may be outdated — verify from official source" notice.

Sarkaari Saathi uses Google Gemini AI for interactive tools (Eligibility Checker, Study Planner, Career Guidance, Form Assistant). AI-generated responses are subject to the following standards: • All AI tools display a disclaimer that responses are informational only and must be verified from official government portals before taking action • AI tools are instructed to direct users to official sources (scheme portals, recruitment board websites) for final verification • AI responses do not constitute official government communication and are not a substitute for reading official notifications • We do not use AI to generate static editorial content (scheme descriptions, job notification details, exam guides) that is published as factual information AI assistance is used only for interactive, conversational responses where users are explicitly informed they are interacting with an AI tool.

Sarkaari Saathi generates revenue through Google AdSense advertising and affiliate links. These commercial relationships are disclosed as follows: Google AdSense: Display advertisements served by Google appear on content pages. These are labelled "Advertisement" or "Sponsored". Advertiser content has no influence over editorial decisions. Affiliate Links: Links to exam preparation platforms (Testbook, Adda247, Oliveboard) are marked "Sponsored · External links to exam preparation platforms". We earn a commission if users purchase through these links. These platforms were selected based on their relevance to our users, not commercial relationships. No payment is accepted for publishing, modifying, or suppressing any editorial content about government schemes, job notifications, exams, or any other factual information on the platform.
