The Weavers' Credit Card scheme provides collateral-free credit to handloom weavers through a credit card with a revolving credit limit for purchase of raw materials, minor repair of looms, and working capital needs. A 3% interest subvention is provided by the government. Implemented through cooperative banks, nationalised banks, and RRBs.
