Seekho Aur Kamao (Learn and Earn) upgrades skills of minority youth in various modern/traditional trades through placement-linked skill training. Implemented by empanelled NGOs and institutions, the scheme aims to improve employability and income of minority youth including traditional artisans.

🎁Key Benefits

• Market-relevant skill training for 3-12 months depending on trade
• 75% of trainees to be placed in jobs earning ≥ ₹5,000/month
• Training in modern trades (IT, retail, hospitality) and traditional crafts
• Stipend during training: ₹100-₹150/day for candidates below poverty line
• Certificate recognised by NSDC/NCVT
