राष्ट्रीय कृषि विकास योजना
Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation
Launched in August 2007 during the Eleventh Plan, RKVY provided states with flexible untied grants for agriculture and allied sector development with a condition that states maintain their agricultural expenditure above a baseline. States could use RKVY for soil health, farm mechanisation, horticulture, fisheries, animal husbandry, and post-harvest management. With a corpus of ₹25,000 crore in Eleventh Plan, RKVY significantly boosted agricultural growth. It was reformulated as RKVY-RAFTAAR (Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied sector Rejuvenation) in 2017.
