Credit-linked subsidy programme for setting up micro-enterprises in non-farm sector, providing 15–35% government subsidy on project costs up to ₹50 lakh (manufacturing) and ₹20 lakh (service) sector.

• 15–25% subsidy for urban applicants (general category)
• 25–35% subsidy for SC/ST/OBC/women/ex-servicemen/minorities/disabled (rural: 35%)
• Project cost up to ₹50 lakh (manufacturing) / ₹20 lakh (service)
• Bank loan for remaining amount at normal interest rates
• Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training free of cost
