PENCIL (Platform for Effective Enforcement for No Child Labour) is a digital platform for eliminating child labour and tracking rehabilitation. It enables citizens to report child labour cases, monitors District Task Forces, and tracks convergence with NCLP schools and Anganwadi centres.
