The National SC-ST Hub, launched in 2016, provides a single-window platform to support SC/ST entrepreneurs in accessing government procurement through public procurement policy. SIDBI is the implementing agency. The hub provides handholding, mentoring, and credit facilitation services to SC/ST MSMEs to help them compete for 4% government procurement reservation.
