MBDA provides concessional enterprise loans to entrepreneurs and farmer collectives in Meghalaya for agri-business, ecotourism, and rural enterprise development. The scheme is part of the World Bank-assisted Meghalaya Integrated Basin Development and Livelihoods Programme.
