Mission Vatsalya is the umbrella scheme for child protection and welfare in India, restructured in 2021-22 to subsume ICPS, Child Care Institutions, and related schemes. It aims to secure a happy childhood, ensure rights of children, and provide a safe and supportive environment for those in need of care and protection.

• After-care support for youth aged 18–21 leaving CCIs
• Support to Childline (1098) 24×7 helpline
