Central scholarship for minority community students pursuing technical and professional courses such as BE, MBBS, MBA, and other graduate and post-graduate professional programmes. The scheme combines merit and means criteria to support talented but economically weaker minority students.

• Course fee up to ₹20,000/year (government institutions) or ₹20,000/year (private)
• Maintenance allowance: ₹1,000/month for hostellers; ₹500/month for day scholars
• Covers technical/professional UG and PG courses
• 30% reserved for girl students
