Mahila Samman Savings Certificate is a one-time special savings scheme for women and girls introduced in Union Budget 2023, offering 7.5% per annum for a 2-year tenure. It was available for a limited window (April 2023 to March 2025) at post offices and authorised banks. The scheme provides partial withdrawal facility after 6 months.
