Agriculture support scheme for farmers in Ladakh's extreme altitude (3,000–4,500 m) terrain providing cold-resistant seed varieties, polytunnel/greenhouse subsidies, and irrigation support for the short growing season. The scheme extends the effective growing period and improves food security in this remote UT.
