ICPS was the comprehensive child protection scheme providing a protective environment for children in difficult circumstances, funding Child Care Institutions, Child Welfare Committees, Juvenile Justice Boards, and the Childline 1098 helpline. ICPS has been subsumed into Mission Vatsalya from 2021-22.
