Central scheme providing free coaching to minority students for preparation of competitive examinations such as UPSC, SSC, banking, state PSC, JEE, NEET, and other professional entrance tests. Coaching is provided through empanelled coaching centres with stipend support for candidates.

• Free coaching for Group A and B competitive examinations (UPSC, SSC, etc.)
• Free coaching for professional entrance tests (JEE, NEET, CLAT, CA)
• Stipend: ₹3,000/month for residential; ₹1,500/month for day-scholar
• Coaching duration: 4-12 months depending on exam
• 50% seats reserved for girl students
