EPS-95 is a defined benefit pension scheme for organised sector employees under EPFO. 8.33% of employer's 12% EPF contribution is diverted to the pension fund. Members are eligible for monthly pension on completing 10 years of service and reaching 58 years of age. The minimum pension is ₹1,000 per month.
