Delhi government scheme providing free cashless treatment to road accident victims at all private and government hospitals in Delhi, regardless of their ability to pay. Any citizen who brings an accident victim to hospital under this scheme is rewarded ₹2,000 as a Good Samaritan reward. The scheme has saved thousands of lives since 2018.
