DAY-NRLM (formerly Aajeevika) is the world's largest poverty alleviation programme, mobilising rural poor women into Self Help Groups (SHGs), federating them, and linking them to financial institutions. It promotes sustainable livelihoods through social mobilisation, financial inclusion, skill building, and enterprise development.

• SHG formation and handholding support with revolving fund of ₹15,000 per SHG
• Community Investment Fund up to ₹2.5 lakh per SHG
• Bank linkage: collateral-free loans at 7% interest (subvented to 4%)
• Skill training and placement (DDU-GKY linkage)
• Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Yojana — urban component (NULM)
