CLSS provides upfront interest subsidy on home loans to EWS, LIG, and MIG beneficiaries for purchase, construction, or enhancement of houses. The net present value of subsidy is credited upfront to the loan account by National Housing Bank (NHB) or HUDCO, reducing EMI burden significantly.
