Chhattisgarh government provides solar-powered irrigation pumps (3HP and 5HP) to farmers at highly subsidised rates to reduce dependence on erratic grid power and ensure round-the-clock irrigation availability.

🎁Key Benefits

• 3HP solar pump at ₹7,000–₹10,000 for SC/ST farmers (subsidised from ₹2.5 lakh)
• 5HP solar pump at ₹10,000–₹25,000 (subsidised from ₹3.5 lakh)
• OBC and general farmers pay ₹15,000–₹45,000
• Free maintenance for 5 years
• No electricity bill for irrigation
