Upgraded version of the Orunodoi scheme for Assam announced in 2022 expanding coverage and increasing the monthly benefit. Arunodoi 2.0 adds new categories of beneficiaries including widows, single women, and tea garden workers while retaining the core ₹1,250/month DBT structure.
