RRC (Railway Recruitment Cells) are the zonal-level railway recruitment bodies that handle recruitment for Apprentices and certain Group C/D posts directly under each of the 18 zonal railways. RRC recruitment is distinct from RRB recruitment and primarily covers Act Apprentice posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
