Approximately 10,000–15,000 candidates are shortlisted for Mains, which is roughly 12–15 times the total vacancies.
Is CSAT marks counted in Prelims merit?
No. CSAT (Paper-2) is qualifying only. You need 33% (66.66 marks) to pass. Only GS Paper-1 marks are used for shortlisting.
