Army TES (Technical Entry Scheme) provides direct entry into the Indian Army as an officer for Class 12 pass candidates with PCM. Selected candidates undergo 5 years training โ 1 year at IMA Dehradun and 4 years at CME Pune, MCTE Mhow, or MCEME Secunderabad, and are commissioned as Short Service Commissioned Officers in the Corps of Engineers, Signals, or EME.
